Paul Rhein

Paul Rhein is the Chief Operating Officer at the Intercollegiate Studies Institute. He graduated with a degree in economics from the University of Detroit Mercy and completed graduate work in distance education technology at the University of Maryland.

Paul has been a Coast Guard volunteer since 2000 and is active in his parish and the Diocese of Wilmington. He recently joined the board of a private, Christian school, Mount Sophia Academy.

Mr. Rhein lives in northern Delaware with his wife and children.
