Jose Saenz Crespo
Program Operations Manager
José Sáenz Crespo is a Program Operations Manager at the Intercollegiate Studies Institute.
He holds a master’s degree in Public Administration from American University and a BA in Political Sciences from The Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina.
Before joining ISI, José worked as an Employee Leadership and Development Consultant for the Inter-American Development Bank, the most important development bank for Latin America and the Caribbean, headquartered in Washington, DC. He has been a Public Policy Fellow at the Fund for American Studies, a Constitutional Fellow at The American Conservative, and a 2023 Delegate for the Latin America chapter of the Alliance Defending Freedom International’s Areté Academy.
Born and raised in Ecuador, José spent most of his adult life in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where he lived for over thirteen years and worked, among others, for the Buenos Aires City Government in several positions focused on program management, leadership development, and cultural transformation. He lives in Pennsylvania with his wife, Maria, and their two children, Manuel and Francisco.
