William F. Harvey

Dr. Harvey is the Carl M. Gray Professor of Law Ementus and Advocacy at Indiana University. He is the author of seventeen volumes published by West Publishing Company. He has received six awards for outstanding teaching. Professor Harvey has participated in several major cases in trial and appellate courts and in the United States Supreme Court. He received his J.D. and LL.M. degrees from Georgetown University, and his A.B. degree from the University of Missouri.
