Walter Berns

Walter Berns is Resident Scholar at the American Enterprise Institute and John M. Olin Professor Emeritus at Georgetown University. He is the author or editor of seven books, including After the People Vote: Steps in Choosing the President (AEI, 1983), Taking the Constitution Seriously (Simon and Schuster, 1987), and The First Amendment and the Future of American Democracy (Basic Books, 1976).
