W. Norris Clarke

W. Norris Clarke, S.J. is professor emeritus of philosophy at Fordham University. From 1961 to 1985, he was the editor-in-chief of the International Philosophical Quarterly, which he co-founded. He is also the former president of both the American Catholic Philosophical Association and the Metaphysical Society of America. The author of some seventy articles, his books include Person and Being, Explorations in Metaphysics, and The One and the Many: A Contemporary Thomistic Metaphysics.
