Stanley L. Jaki

This physicist, theologian, and philosopher of science was a Gifford Lecturer in 1975-76 and was awarded the Lecomte du Noüy Prize in 1970 and the Templeton Award in 1987. Born in Hungary, Stanley L. Jaki was also a priest of the Benedictine order. Author of forty books and dozens of articles, he was one of the world’s foremost authorities on the relationship between religion and science.
