Judge Donnelly took office on the Supreme Court of the State of Missouri on September 7, 1965 and served until retirement on January 1, 1989. Justice Donnelly was Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the State of Missouri from 1973 to 1975 and from 1981 to 1983.
