Rick Santorum, a former presidential candidate, served in the United States Senate from 1995 to 2007. He was twice elected as the Republican conference chairman, the party’s third-ranking Senate leadership position. He and his wife, Karen, are the parents of seven wonderful children: Elizabeth, John, Daniel, Sarah Maria, Peter, Patrick, and Isabella.
