Michael C. Toth

Michael C. Toth is an attorney who previously served as a judge on the Third Court of Appeals in Texas. He has served in the United States Marine Corps, the White House, and the Office of the Attorney General of Texas. A former fellow with the Constitutional Law Center at Stanford Law School, he holds degrees from Stanford University and the University of Virginia.
