Mackubin Owens

Dr. Owens is professor of National Security Affairs at the United States Naval War College. From 1990 to 1997 he was editor in chief of Strategic Review and adjunct professor of international relations at Boston University. He is a regular columnist for The Providence Journal, and his essays on national security issues have been widely published in scholarly and popular journals.
