Fr. Rawe was a Jesuit priest and an important advocate of the Roman Catholic rural life movement. He was the co-author, along with Msgr. Luigi Ligutti, of Rural Roads to Security: America’s Third Struggle for Security (Bruce Publishing Company, 1940).
