Jeremy Beer was a former Vice President, Publications for ISI and editor in chief at ISI Books. He was the coeditor, with Bruce Frohnen and Jeffrey O. Nelson, of American Conservatism: An Encyclopedia, and he has written about educational and cultural matters for First Things, Crisis, Utne Reader, and the American Conservative, among other periodicals.
