Graham Walker

Graham Walker is Vice President for Academic Affairs and Dean (and Professor of Political Science) at Oklahoma Wesleyan University. He taught previously at The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C., and was a Visiting Scholar in Religion and Philosophy at the American Enterprise Institute. Earlier he was a Member of the Institute for Advanced Study in Princeton and the faculty of the University of Pennsylvania. Walker’s essays have appeared in Nomos, Polity, The Cardozo Journal of International and Comparative Law, The Wesleyan Advocate, and The Los Angeles Times. His reflections on “Religious Liberty Without Religious Neutrality†were included in Courts and the Culture Wars (Lexington Books, 2002). Earlier books were Moral Foundations of Constitutional Thought (Princeton University Press) and Courts and the Culture Wars (University Press of America). Walker earned the Ph.D. from the University of Notre Dame, and the Diplôme from the Graduate Institute of International Studies at the University of Geneva, Switzerland.
