Dr. McLean is Professor Ementus of Political Science at Wabash College. He served nineteen years as deputy prosecutor in Montgomery County, Indiana. He received his J.D. and Ph.D. from Indiana University. Professor McLean has also edited The Legal Thought of Roscoe Pound (University Press of America, 1992).
