Matthew A. Pauley

Matthew A. Pauley is director of legal studies and professor and chair of political science and legal studies at Manhattanville College. A summa cum laude graduate of Williams College, Pauley received his JD with honors from the Harvard Law School and both his MA and PhD in government from Harvard University. He is the author of two other books, The President’s Constitutional Oath and Criminal Law: Its Nature and Sources.
